I live in Maine with my husband of more than 30 years. I am a Mom of 2 children and 3 beautiful granddaughters. After being diagnosed with Systemic Sclerosis my life turned upside down. My intent is to share my journey, the highs and the lows. I am happiest when I can bring joy to others. Seeing someone smile, especially on days when my smile is no where to be found, energizes me to keep up the fight!

“Be what you want to see in the world”
I live in Michigan with my husband of 20 years and our wonderful son. I was born with Spina Bifida and Bilateral
Acetabular Hip Dysplasia. At the age of 30 many additional health issues began and I was diagnosed with a connective tissue disorder and metabolic bone disease of unknown origin. My doctors believe it is closest to EDS (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) so this is the path of treatment they are following. I am happiest when I am with my family and friends and love giving to others, knowing that I can bring happiness to others who are having a bad day.

“Be the light in the darkness”

We are full of good, bad & sometimes crazy adventures in regards to our health.

We laugh, we cry, but we always fight. Don’t ever doubt our badass warrior skills.

We are two women that live everyday in bodies that serve as torture chambers.

Just Another Badass Warrior
